General Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of both parties within the framework of the services provided by Éléa Guided Tours, a SASU company registered under SIREN number 938 324 464, with its registered office located at 27 Rue Marguerite, 97500 Saint-Pierre, France.
Use of the website www.eleaguidedtours.com and booking an excursion implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
1. PURPOSE
These GTC govern the booking and execution conditions of guided tours and excursions offered by Éléa Guided Tours.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
2.1 Booking
• Bookings can be made via the website www.eleaguidedtours.com, by email at eleaguidedtours@outlook.com, or by phone at +508 55 66 65.
• All bookings are subject to written confirmation from Éléa Guided Tours.
2.2 Payment
• Payment can be made online at the time of booking or on-site before the start of the tour.
• Accepted payment methods: credit card and cash.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or a deposit, if applicable, unless the "pay on-site before the tour" option has been selected. In this case, the booking is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation, and payment must be made before the start of the excursion.
2.3 Pricing
• Prices are stated in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
• Éléa Guided Tours reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, without retroactive effect on bookings that have already been confirmed.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
• More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.
3.2 Cancellation by Éléa Guided Tours
In the event of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, guide unavailability, technical issues):
• A rescheduled date will be offered.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
4. LIABILITY
• Éléa Guided Tours makes every effort to ensure the smooth running of excursions but cannot be held responsible for delays, adverse weather conditions, or incidents beyond its control.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the tour.
• Some excursions require good physical condition and may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
5. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• These GTC are governed by French law.
• In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution will be prioritized.
• If no agreement is reached, the Administrative Court of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon will have jurisdiction.
